Paprika Extract Direct

Paprika Oleoresin is an oil-soluble extract gained from the skins of red peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) by non-selective extraction, i.e. without the use of solvents. Our paprika extract direct complies with the definition for colouring food according to the EU "Guidance notes on the classification of Food extracts with colouring properties" (Date 11/2013).
