LipoMill Coconut Flour

LipoMill Coconut Flour is harvested from the fruit of the coconut tree (Cocos nucifera). The origin and main growing areas are the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Vietnam and India. To produce the flour, the flesh of the white coconut husk is carefully dried and deoiled. The residual press cake is then ground to a fine white flour with the typical coconut aroma.
